Mysore masala Dosa originated in the city of Mysore in Karnataka, India. It is distinguished by the addition of our famous spicy red chutney spread on the inside and then adding our South Indian style mash potato filling.

Rava masala dosa is a variation of masala dosa where the traditional rice and lentil batter is replaced with a batter made from semolina (rava) and rice flour. This gives the dosa a different texture and flavor. We then add Cashew, Shredded Coconut and Cumin Seeds for an extraordinary flavor and taste
Uttapam batter is fermented longer than our Dosa batter thus giving it a more sour taste and fluffier texture. It is a thick lentil pancake style with added diced onions and spices.
